Shipping
I ship goods to the European Union. Please email me prior to purchasing for postage costs to non-EU destinations. The postage cost has been calculated on weight and is per purchase not per item.
The postage costs are as follows:
When you spend up to £4.99 postage is £1.50
When you spend £5.00 to £9.99 postage is £1.85
When you spend £10.00 to £19.99 postage is £2.10
When you spend £20 + postage is FREE
I aim to package all items as safely and securely as possible before shipping, and in some cases I may reuse packaging, provided it is still in a suitable condition, to help keep postage costs low and to do our bit for the environment.
Delivery
I aim to dispatch orders within 2 to 5 working days once full payment is received and cleared, provided the item is in stock. Made to order items will require 7 to 14 working days to be dispatched. This is a reflection of the time needed to produce individually hand made jewellery. Should any problem arise, you will be informed immediately.
Refunds
Refunds will only be given in the very unlikely event of an order arriving damaged. Should this happen, you must contact me immediately and return the item with all original packaging, within 7 days of receiving it, via a secure, recorded method. Please make sure to include your name, address, and reason for returning. Unfortunately I can not be responsible for the cost of returning damaged goods.
Returns
Once the damaged item is received by me, I will aim to issue a replacement of the item originally purchased. If I am unable to do this, I will then refund you within 3 working days (less PayPals fees where applicable). If damaged items are not received by me, a replacement or refund can not be issued.
